Guided by the goals and priorities you identify for therapy we work to heal from painful experiences, change unproductive thinking, learn new coping strategies, increase social connections, and create more enjoyment in your life. When needed, I call on the analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills I honed as an attorney to help you achieve your goals, and I regularly invite your feedback about whether the therapy is feeling helpful.
